An Australian man who watched a fellow diver break free from a shark's jaws says "being a fish lunch" would test anyone's resolve.
Eric Nerhus later told rescue workers he survived the attack from what looked like a great white shark by poking it in the eye. A fellow diver says the ten-foot shark had already made one pass at Nerhus -- essentially swallowing his head, crushing his face mask and breaking his nose -- when it clenched its jaws around his torso. The jokes are obvious gostandup.com/createstrip/
